Little is an app for celebrating your baby's first year. Each month, you create a decorated "mat" with your baby's photo, an age badge, nursery stickers, and a short memory caption, then put it on your Home Screen or Lock Screen as a widget, so it's always in view.

No. There's no sign-up, no login, and no account of any kind. Just open the app and start.

Not currently. Little is iOS only (iPhone, iOS 17 and later).

The free plan includes one baby profile. Every paid plan supports unlimited profiles, and you can switch between them from the home screen.

Yes. Little covers weeks 1–12 for the newborn phase as well as months 1–12, so you can capture the early stretch when things change fastest.

No. All photos and cutouts are processed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device VisionKit. Your photos, your baby's name and birth date, your captions and everything you make stay on your iPhone.

Anonymous usage counts only, so we can see which features parents actually use and which need work. They record that something happened — a memory was made, a widget was added — under a random ID, never who did it or what was in it. No photos, no names, no birth dates, nothing you write. We don't track you across other apps or websites and we never share anything with advertisers. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Little only needs "Add Photos Only" access, used to save your exported mats into your Photos app. It cannot browse your full photo library beyond what you choose in the picker.

Little automatically falls back to a nicely framed version of your original photo (rounded corners / polaroid style), so you'll never be left with a broken image.

Long-press your Home Screen → tap the "+" → search for Little → choose small, medium, or large. You can also add a Lock Screen widget the same way from the Lock Screen editor.

Widgets refresh when you open, background, or save changes in the app. Open Little once after finishing a mat, and make sure Background App Refresh is enabled for Little in iPhone Settings.

Yes. Choose "Rotating memories" as the widget's content source and it will cycle through your past mats over time.

Yes. You can add your baby, create your first memory and put a widget on your Home Screen without paying. The free plan includes one baby profile, one monthly memory and one memory for each newborn week, with a selection of backgrounds, badges and stickers. Exports and widgets carry a small "made with Little" credit. There's no trial countdown, and the free plan doesn't expire.

It's a small mark added to images you export or display in widgets on the free plan. Any paid plan removes it, and your existing memories re-render without it as soon as you upgrade.

Yearly and Weekly are auto-renewing, so Apple charges you at the start of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Lifetime is a one-time charge with nothing to renew.

Nothing is deleted or hidden. Every memory and every baby profile stays, and you can still open, edit, export and display them. The credit mark returns to exports and widgets, and creating new memories goes back to the free limits: one monthly memory and one per newborn week, counted across all of your babies. Resubscribing, or buying Lifetime, lifts those limits again straight away.

In your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Little → Cancel. Little doesn't control billing directly, that's all handled by Apple.

Yes. Open Little on your other device and tap Restore Purchases in Settings, using the same Apple ID.

Yes, purchases are eligible for Family Sharing so other family members on your Apple Family group can use Little too.

Entirely on your device. Little has no server and doesn't sync your data anywhere.

They're deleted along with the app. If you have iPhone device backups enabled, your mats are included in that backup like any other app's data, so you can get them back by restoring from that backup but Little itself has no separate backup or sync feature.

Yes. Export any mat as an image sized for Instagram Story, square posts, or print resolution, right from the editor.
