Getting a usable result
Most of these expect a photo of your own baby as an input, so use a model that accepts an image and is trying to keep the face rather than reinvent it. Feed it a sharp, evenly lit photo taken from roughly the same angle the prompt describes: an overhead prompt with a photo shot from the side will fight itself every time.
Numbers are where these prompts break. Every model will happily produce a shape that is nearly a four. Generate a few, keep the one where the number is unmistakable, and do not talk yourself into a nearly-right one, because it will be the only thing anyone notices.
